Jn 11:47-53

Then gathered the chief priests and the Pharisees a council, and said, What do we? for this man doeth many miracles. If we let him thus alone, all men will believe on him: and the Romans shall come and take away both our place and nation. And one of them, named Caiaphas, being the high priest that same year, said unto them, Ye know nothing at all, Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not. And this spake he not of himself: but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation; And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad. Then from that day forth they took counsel together for to put him to death.

The death of Christ was on purpose, and for a purpose.

In John 16:7, Jesus tells His disciples that it is expedient- to their advantage- that He goes away. Caiaphas, the high priest, is here prophesying to the same truth: Christ must die, for a purpose.

His death was not only to save the nation of Israel, BUT also to gather in one all the children of God that are scattered all around the world, including those in Nigeria.

This means that the mystery at work in the favour of Israel is also at work in your life. Israel prospers, you also will prosper.

Understand this: As one of the gathered of the Lord, your life should be mystery to your world. They might see you as small- like the size of Israel- but they will acknowledge that it is a dangerous thing for them to be against you, and a blessed thing for them to be for you.

There was something upon the head of Joseph that made his master testify that, his house had been blessed because Joseph was in it, so much so that he made the lad overseer of his entire house.

There was something upon the head of Jacob that made his diabolical father-in-law, acknowledge that he had been blessed because of Jacob’s presence in his household.

Gal 3:13-14

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

No man hangs and dies on the Cross, without having been led and put there.

It is written that no curse is permitted to rest upon anyone without a cause (Pro 26: 2). Since the scripture cannot be broken, what legal reason did the curse have to rest upon the Righteous? Where did he receive power to come upon Jesus?

When Jesus came into the world, He was pointed to, as the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world, (Jn 1:29); and He did not dispute it.

He also declared that a good shepherd lays down his life for his sheep. (Jn 10:11)

As a good Shepherd therefore, He laid down His life for his flock, bearing the sins of the people in His body (Isa 53:4, 12; I Pet 2:24). When He did this, curse found a legal leg to stand on; Curse came and rested upon Him, rather than on us.

Now, when your sins and iniquities have been borne by someone else, that person has taken it upon himself to pay the price for those sins.

If anyone decides to make you suffer torment over the same sins, that person is violating divine principles.

This means that no one in Christ should ever again suffer torment, affliction or oppression; he should never again be a victim of the curse, because the sin, that was its justification for resting upon him, has been borne by Christ.

That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

He took away sin, so that the blessing of God will come upon us, unaffected, unhindered by sin.

If this is the truth; and IT IS THE TRUTH, why then do Christians still suffer despite the Cross? Why do evil covenants, and ancestral patterns still contend with the perfect blessings of God’s children?

I Cor 1: 17-18

For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the Cross of Christ should be made of none effect.

The reason why many Christians do not enjoy the reality of this divine exchange, in spite of the sacrifice of the Good Shepherd, is because the gospel, the message of the Cross, is being preached with the wisdom of words.

God warned Paul about the danger of doing this: when the Good news is preached with the wisdom of men, the power of the Cross of Christ is deflated. It loses its ability to overcome evil, and claim for God’s children, their perfect blessings.

Brethren, the Cross is powerful, but when it is preached as an exercise in oration or as a display of one’s wealth of vocabulary, the power thereof is rendered ineffective. It wants to show itself alive in you, but it cannot.

For the preaching of the Cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

The preaching of the Cross means different things to different people. To the saved, it is the display of the power of God.

Your access to perfect blessings in Christ is by the Cross.

On the Cross, poverty, affliction, powerlessness, failure, witchcraft power... died.

Every legal ground of the enemy against your life died on the Cross.

Every evil law against your life was terminated on the Cross.

Your claim to perfect blessing is because of the divine exchange that transpired on the Cross.

Your sin for His righteousness;

Your weakness for His power;

Your poverty for His wealth;

Your shame for His glory;

Your limitation for His limitless capacity...

It all happened on the Cross.

II Cor 13: 3

Since ye seek a proof of Christ speaking in me, which to you-ward is not weak, but is mighty in you.

A proof is evidence that something else exists.

Yeast is invisible in bread, but the rising of the dough is proof of its presence and potency.

When you prosper where others fail, it is proof that there is a mystery behind your prosperity.

When your life reflects the presence and potency of the Cross, men will look to you, to know how to access that same mystery.

Taking apart a radio set does not give you access to the voice within it. The radio set has been designed and wired to carry voice waves and project them- it has been made to speak.

This is the testimony of the saved in Christ.

His destiny has been wired to prosper and have good success, in the midst of a crooked world. Looking to know what makes him successful is to want to know what is in the ‘gramaphone’ [gramophone].

Jesus compares the Kingdom to ‘yeast that a woman took and mixed into a large amount of flour until it worked all through the dough’ (Matt 13:33 [NIV]). The yeast speaks in the dough, and displays its might in it.

Paul observed his life and said, ‘there is proof of Christ speaking in me’.

You also need to examine your life. What proof is speaking in you?

If there is any proof of ancestral flow speaking in your health, business, marriage, children, ministry, career; it is time cast them out.

Whatever confirms the presence and power of evil powers over your life is a proof, and it is speaking. It is speaking to get your attention, to remind you that they are still significant in story of your life. When you discover that you struggle at what others prosper in; you suffer in your body, marriage, career, business...

These come to celebrate their power over your life.

They taunt you, showing you how they frustrate what God says you will get, and instead, make sure you get what they say you will get.

For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you.

His righteousness fortified us.

Christ died in weakness, transferring His strength to you and I.

When He bore our sin, it weakened Him; in turn, He gave us His righteousness and His strength.

Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

Examine yourself.

You need to know yourself; how much of Christ is in you? What is the depth of Christ in you? How deep is His fire, power, wisdom, knowledge, you? The depth determines whether men will see the proof of a mighty working Christ speaking in you.

The proof of Christ in Paul was mighty; and the same Christ is mighty in you.

If men cannot see that same proof- of His wisdom, power and presence- in what you do, it means that the level of Christ in you is weak.

What do you do with the life you have been given? What investment of time, study, prayer, meditation and sacrifice are you working to leave behind for the next generation?

It is time to kill off normal Christianity.

You need to get to a point where people cannot but testify that you are an abnormal, unusual person in Christ. It is time to become an unexplainable phenomenon in your generation, even in the Kingdom of God.

Let the proof of Christ in you speak loudly, full of might and power.

You are a son of God; you are unstoppable.

In the name of Jesus,

  • Fire of God, show Yourself alive in my life, deeper than this.
  • Undeniable power of God; appear in my life. Show Yourself alive in me.
  • Any proof of ancestral hands over my life; your time has expired. I terminate you by fire now.
  • Any proof of ancestral judgement standing against my progress; I erase you by fire.
  • Any proof of evil declaration against my life; I erase and terminate you by fire.
  • My Father, showcase Your undeniable power in my life.

Being liberal is not limited to, and therefore should not be judged simply as philanthropy.

A soul is liberal when it is burdened with the desire for change- positive transformation- in the lives of others.

Pro 11:25

The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.

This soul is not yet fat; but it is liberal.

True prosperity and greatness comes to those who are liberal. As long as the soul is liberal, God has a responsibility to make it fat.

When you see a problem in your world, and are gripped with a burning desire to be the solution- the desire to put an end to poverty, limitation, oppression- you are a liberal soul.

Moses was not suffering in Egypt; he was living at the height of affluence and influence in the most powerful nation at that time. However, he was burdened, and fired up, by the suffering of his people.

No wonder his soul was made fat...

A liberal soul does not go with the flow. He does not mindlessly follow the order he meets on ground. No. Rather, he is appalled by mediocrity and limitation, and is driven to enthrone excellence and true liberty in his world.

When your soul can sense that there is something missing, lacking somewhere; when your soul cannot accept the way things are as the best there is; when you are vexed within you by the suffering of others; you are a liberal soul.

When your soul roars within you, and you wonder at the drought of the display of God- His mighty power to save, heal, deliver, restore, transform, bless- in your generation; you are liberal soul.

Have you ever come across a man who ascribes the height of his success to the sacrifice of his poor, uneducated mother? As he introduces her, he tells you how she sold small items, and saved to send him to school.

That is an example of a liberal soul; a parent whose soul is filled with the passion to see her children reach heights that their parents were unable to reach. Such parents will be blessed by the LORD for the fulfilment of that purpose.

Gal 6:2

Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

Christ has a law.

When you seek the good of others, interceding for their liberty and prosperity, God will in turn fill you up. As you water the lives of others, God will in turn water you. You cannot run dry; you cannot go lean.

This is the law of Christ.

Consider Jesus. (Phil 2:5)

He was rich, but He became poor, so that, through His poverty, you can become rich. (II Cor 8:2)

He was the most powerful being ever; yet for your sake, He laid down His strength and allowed Himself to be led like a lamb to the slaughter. He became weak so that you can become powerful. (Rom 5:6)

He did not commit any sin, yet He became sin so that you can become the righteousness of Christ. (II Cor 5:21)

Esth 10: 3

For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.

Mordecai’s greatness was an outflow of his liberal soul. He did not use his relationship with Esther to enrich his pocket or advance his own personal agenda.

Whatever evil was purposed against Israel, Haman could not have executed that plan against Mordecai at the gate of the king’s palace, nor against Esther in the king’s palace.

Yet, Mordecai sought the wealth- safety, deliverance and renown- of the people, charging Esther to use her position for the same purpose.

By doing this, he fulfilled the law of Christ.

Consider Christ again.

Christ did not die for His sins.

The sacrifice of bulls and goats was offered by man to God. When Christ saw that this did not bring God pleasure, He offered Himself instead.

Heb 10:5-7

Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: in burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure. Then said I, Lo, I do thy will, O God.

Christ did not have to do this. He had no sin to pay for; and since man was the one offering animals to God, man should have been the one to offer the pleasurable sacrifice as well.

Yet, He became man, and gave His body and blood to God, as the best, for His pleasure.

In seeking the wealth of the people, Mordecai fulfilled the law of Christ.

And, as a liberal soul, he was made fat.

He became next in command to the king, not because he sought the position, but because he desired the wealth of the people.

How then could the specially packaged plan of death against him succeed? It backfired on Haman, because he who waters- seeking the life, growth and wealth of others- will also be watered.

Rom 15:2-3

Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.

Everything you do in the kingdom should be for the good of the brethren.

We must be conscious that our work in the kingdom must do good to those it affects. We must also be conscious of building up men with our choices and doings.

Paul spoke in more tongues than anyone; yet he prayed in his understanding as well, so that he did not leave anyone confused. (I Cor 14)

For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me.

For even Christ did not please himself but, as it is written: “The insults of those who insult you have fallen on me.” (NIV)

This is the summary of my life.

You need to get to a point where you are incensed against any manifestation of the work of darkness in your life and in your world.

How can it be, that those who walk in the darkness of sin are making success, and you, in the Kingdom of God, experience stagnation, limitation and failures?

Where is the manifestation of your good success?

When you check the lives of the unbelievers in your world, and you see them succeeding while the Christians struggle, do not wait for anyone to tell you to get up, work and fight. You cannot afford to be gentle about the matter.

This is the picture you must consider.

Whatever mocks the Christians in your world is insulting God through them.

When an evil power succeeds in limiting a Christian, thus denying him his divine inheritance, that personality is indirectly reproaching God. That evil is saying, ‘if your God is big and powerful enough, let Him come and save you.’

When Jesus saw the reproaches that fell on God through His children, He did not stand back and let it continue.

Instead, He took the reproach upon Himself. He was saying, ‘Father, do not bother about these insults. I will go and take care of them for You.’

When a devil boasts against a Christian, with threats of limitation and frustration; showing through signs that he has dominion and authority over that Christian, what he is really doing is telling God that He does not what it takes to deliver His own.

Take a moment to imagine the magnitude of that insult...

Jesus says, ‘I came into the world for this purpose; to take away the insults that come to God through the lives of His children.’

Phil 2:5-9

Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

This was why He came, offering Himself up in place of the bulls and the goats.

For this reason, He took the form of a man, and humbled Himself in obedience, to the point of death on the cross.

He gave Himself to God for us. In accordance with the law therefore, God also made His name fat, giving Him a name that is above every other name.

This is why no one can call on the Father without calling on the name of Jesus.

No one can challenge the power imputed in that Name, because it is a consequence of a supernatural law.

Whoever else will fulfil the law of Christ; seeking the wealth of the children of the Kingdom, fighting for the transformation of the Church of God; heaven will also make him fat- in knowledge, wisdom, mysteries, revelations, and power.

In the name of Jesus,

  • My Father, touch my soul with Your fire, and make my soul a blessing.
  • My life, receive divine capacity to terminate insults.
  • Raw power of God, to terminate insults in my world; I call you into my life.
  • Any evil power insulting God in my life; I terminate by fire.
  • Any insult, that has come upon the works of my hands; I terminate and destroy you by fire.
  • Any ancestral insult against God through me; i terminate and destroy you now.
  • Any arrow of darkness fired at me to insult God; I fire you back.

REFERENCES: I JOHN 5:4-5, I PETERT 1: 23-25, JAMES 1: 9-11, PSALM 121: 6-8

I Jn 5:4-5

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

Things can be born again.

The writer was not mistaken in his choice of words.

The ark of God was made of shittim wood and overlaid with gold. However, when it was dedicated to the LORD, it became most holy. (Lev 27:28)

However, there is an order. A thing can only be born of God when its owner is born again. In the Word, we learn of the earnest expectation of the creation; that they wait for the manifestation of the sons of God. (Rom 8:19)

So, whatsoever can only be born of God, when whosoever owns it is born again.

You can deliver your business, career, marriage, body, properties and investments from captivity and satanic intrusions by dedicating them to God.

That thing that is born of God overcomes the world. It overcomes witchcraft, territorial limitations, and even its competition.

Job says, I will fetch knowledge from afar, and will ascribe righteousness to my Maker, for truly my words shall not be false: he that is perfect in knowledge is with thee (Job 36: 3-4)

Without divine knowledge, whatever other knowledge you amass is imperfect.

However, when you also seek the knowledge that is from above, in addition to your earthly knowledge, you will have perfect knowledge.

I Pet 1: 23-25

Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

A person or thing is born again by the Word of God. You can therefore dedicate your business to God by speaking His word to it.

Now, whatever is born of the Word overcomes the world, because the Word will abide with it forever.

As a business person, the Word you speak to your products will remain with them, long after they are sold. Wherever they go, there will be a marked difference between them and the competition.

As the source of your life, career, business... the Word will also sustain it. This means that it is not permitted to go down. How can it, when it is being sustained by the ever living and ever abiding Word.

For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:

Whatever is not born of the Word cannot boast of living and abiding forever. Rather, it is like grass; here this day, withered and dead the next.

How then can it be, that an unbeliever prospers in the same thing that you do, and you- who are born of the Word- struggle and complain?

If this is your experience, you are disappointment to God. It is time to wake up and correct that story.

The works of your hands will not die. This must be your conscious confession. This must be your daily fight. Your marriage, career, business, ministry will not die. It must live and abide forever- outlasting contemporary ideas and trends, territorial limitations, and financial crisis, and the systems of the world.

Remember that the man determines the state of what he owns.

The man is as grass, while all his glory (his works) is as flower. Whatsoever he has will cease to exist because he will perish...

The folly of man is revealed in the confidence and trust he places in his wealth. Sadly, this folly has found its way into the Church, where a man’s wealth determines his seating position and standing. Men are made benefactors of ministries because of their financial net worth.

The Bible declares the glory of such is the flower of grass. The man withers, and his glory follows on the deathly path.

This means that the enemy attacks the man before the glory. When the man falls, his works go down with him.

But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

O, but the man who has the Word; who has been born of the Word endures, forever. He can never go down; and as long as he endures, all his glory endures with him.

That is why we celebrate the Word. The Word endures and abides forever. Therefore, the glory- the wealth, success, prosperity- you get by the Word abides forever.

Why does the grass as well as its flower wither? Why do men fall, and their glory with them. Why is the enemy able to cut people down, and their glory with them?

The same devil was around in the days of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, David and Solomon. Why was he not able to do to them what he does to others?

Brethren, it is time to judge by the Word.

No matter how wealthy you are, you are not rich until you are rich in the Word of God.

If you have millions, nay billions in your account, but are poor in the Word of God; you are wretched (Rev 3:17). Your wealth cannot be sustained. Without the counsel and power of God, it will develop wings and fly away.

Jas 1: 9-11

Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:

The poor man rejoices because he is blessed with spiritual blessings in heavenly places. His true state is not determined by the perceptions and expectations of men. He understands that, as he works to get more of God, he is truly exalted.

But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.

The rich also rejoices, because he is made low. That may seem like misspeak, but it is the Truth.

That rich man, who does not deem it as beneath him to sit where others sit in the House of God, and to pray as others pray, is blessed. He understands that, in doing these, his blessings are sustained.

He understands that the blessing is not perfect without the divine fire and power to preserve and sustain it.

Affluence and influence do not have the capacity to sustain a man; if he fails to yield to God and humble himself, he and his wealth will pass away.

For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways.

There are lights: the sun and the moon, with the sun being the greater.

Unlike the moon, the sun does not tolerate darkness at all; and while men can approach and observe the moon from close proximity, they would not dare the same with the sun.

Of the two, the sun is the light with the heat intensity to dry up and kill plants.

These two lights represent two kinds of personalities in the realm of the spirit: those as powerful as the sun, and those who are like the moon; and they exist both in the kingdom of God and in the kingdom of darkness.

The rich man, who fails to rejoice in humility, is brought down from the place of wealth by strong evil personalities- who are like the sun. They are the ones with the power to render a man ineffective, and completely destroy any trace that he was once wealthy.

That sun is a strong evil personality who released a judgement over his blessing; and the prosperity went down.

He is able to bring the rich man down because he did not humble himself to receive the living and ever abiding Word, by which he and all his glory would have overcome the scorching attack against them.

Whatever can only be born of God if its owner is born of God.

Brethren, your career, business... is waiting for you. The fate of that creation is determined by you. You decide, by your choices, whether they are set free from bondage, and endure forever; or they wallow in captivity.

Nothing falls until there is a force applied to it.

No glory falls until an evil judgement, curse, spell or decree comes upon it. Whether it be your career, marriage, business, health...they only go down because a force is attacking you, to attack your whatever.

When this happens, be wise. Your help is not in the ability of man.

Speak first to your own life; command your life to get up, because, once you do get up, your career, marriage, business, health...will get up as well.

Be born again now. That is beginning of the journey, for only a man who is born of God can dedicate his whatsoever to God.

How do you become born again?

Say, ‘Jesus, I believe You came to the world; You died on the cross for me; and You rose again to be my Lord forever. Because of my sins, You were crucified. Therefore, I will no longer live in my sin. I give You my life. Be the Saviour and Lord of my life. Forever, I will live for You.’

When you make this prayer of dedication, you are saying that you will no longer live for yourself, but for Him. You will no longer celebrate sin, while pretending to be holy.

The sun is coming to everyone; born again or not.

The sun is coming, to hit both the grass and its flower.

However, for those born of God, our lives and glory live and abide forever, because they are born of God.

Ps 121: 6-8

The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD will keep you from all harm- He will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore. (NIV)

The sun- that strong evil power- is capable of ending the lives of men. However, its capacity is rendered useless over your life once you are born of God.

The LORD preserves you because you are born of His Word. That Word lives and abides to preserve you, forever.

The Word takes His job seriously.

Even while you sleep, the Word keeps watch. He never sleeps or slumbers.

Without the LORD, the sun will harm you. However, because you are dedicated to Him, He is also dedicated to keeping and preserving you from ALL harm- whether it is against your body, finances, career, marriage, business, ministry...

In the name of Jesus,

  • My Father, I rededicate my life to You.
  • Raw fire of God, possess my life.
  • Raw fire of God, that cannot be harmed; I call you into my hands, into the works of my hands.
  • Any wicked power that has vowed to harm me; you are a liar. I smite you by fire.
  • I declare: the works of my hands will not fall to any evil power.
  • Whatever is sent to frustrate the works of my hands; I cast you out by fire.
  • Any strong man in my household that strikes glory; over my life, I strike you down by fire.
  • Any strong man in my household that strikes me every year; I strike you down by fire.
