Welcome to The Refiner's Place Ministries Website, the place where God refines lives. Here, the word of God is laid down in the hearts of men as the wood upon which His fire, the Holy Spirit is ignited. As long as men are continually fed with the Word which is the wood, the fire will continue to burn.
At The Refiner's Place Ministries, we have a mission to prepare a faithful and ready Church for the second coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ. We build up men and women to live in the reality of the divine power, victory, purpose, and prosperity that Christ paid for with His Blood.
Mission Statement
The Refiner’s Place Ministries is committed to unveiling man’s true identity in Christ, activating greatness, building the total man, training God’s children for acceptable service, transforming lives through God’s Word, liberating mankind from the works of the devil, and expanding God’s kingdom through divine revelation.
To raise and nurture individuals who are transformed by God's Word, walking in righteousness, excellence, and purpose, embodying Christ-like virtues in every aspect of their lives, and serving as beacons of light and inspiration to the world.
Statement of Faith
We preach Christ, his birth, works, death, resurrection, teachings, ascension,His second coming, His Millennial reign, His white throne judgment, the New Heaven and the New Earth, when He shall put all His enemies under His feet and shall reign eternally and we shall abide with Him forever and ever.
We believe that the holy Scripture is the perfect true, supreme , steadfast and unchangeable word of the living God and that it was written by holy men of God as they were inspired by the Holy Spirit (2 Timothy 3: 16-17)
We believe that the God-head consist of one God operating in three dispensational offices, perfectly united in one (1John 5:17)
We believe that repentance is Godly sorrow for sin with a renunciation and that repentance towards God and men is essential for salvation (2cor.7:10)
We believe that for one to be saved , He or she must be born again (regenerated) (John3:3, John 1;12).
We believe that it is by grace that we are saved and not by works, lest anyone should boast. We receive remission of sins and stand before God as though we had not sinned.
We believe that one is made holy or sanctified by the work of the Holy Spirit in a regenerated soul (Heb.12:14)
We believe in baptism by immersion in the name of God the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost (Matt.28:19)
We believe in the coming of the Holy Spirit upon a believer for endowment of power and boldness to witness (Act 2:38,39)
We believe in observing the Lord's supper as instructed by the Lord Jesus Christ to proclaim His death till He comes again (1 Cor 11;25)

We believe in the evident fruits that manifest in a spirit -filled believer which are love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness , faith, meekness, temperance. (Gal 5:22-23)
We believe in the power of God to heal the sick in answer to a prayer of faith (Matt.8:17)
We believe in the return of Jesus Christ to the earth in order to take away the saints to be with Him where He is, and that the coming is personal and imminent, of which no man knows the hour (Matt.24:36,42,44, 1Tess.4:16-17)
We believe that during the period between Christ's coming for His brides and His return in judgment , there will be a great tribulation of the times of Jacob's trouble (Mk.13:19)
We believe in the reign of Christ for a thousand year (1000)which will be ushered in by the coming of Christ back to earth, when satan will be bound to make way for a period of peace and blessings (Isa 2:2-4, 2Tess 1:7-10, Rev. 20:2-3)
We believe in the judgment by God of the quick and the dead according to their hearts and works;the righteous unto everlasting life and the wicked unto everlasting punishment (Deut.8:17, Dan.12:1, Act 10:42, 2Cor.5:10, Rev.20:11-14.)
We believe in the new heaven and the new earth as the current world and the heaven will pass away to pave way for a new heaven and a new earth in which righteousness will reign (Matt.24:35, Rev.21;1-3)
We believe that hell fire is real being the place reserved for the devil , his angels and the sinners who reject Jesus Christ as Saviour. It is a place of agony, deepest sorrow, gnashing of teeth and unquenchable fire.(Rev.14:10, Matt.13:41-42)
We believe that marriage is the most honorable contract a person can enter , its higher relation to the law of God, its benefits and obligations are fully and dearly set forth in the Holy Scripture, even as the Bible condemns divorce and recommends one man to a woman (2Cor. 6:14, Matt.19:4-6, Matt.5:32)
